MEET THE TEAM
Michael Furci CNP
Mike began his career in 1987 as a personal coach, helping others achieve their goals while earning his Bachelor of Science in Health Education from Bowling Green State University. After graduation, his business acumen and knowledge grew, which led him to open Club Olympia Fitness Center in Westlake, Ohio. The gym was recognized as the "Best Gym in Cleveland," and Mike was named "Best Trainer in Cleveland" multiple times. His clientele ranged from individuals who were overweight and out of shape to college and professional athletes.

Several of Mike's relatives were firefighters, including his father, who was a decorated hero. When the opportunity arose, Mike chose to serve the public as a firefighter/paramedic for the City of Lorain for 20 years while continuing his work as a personal coach. He also worked as a registered nurse in the Emergency Departments and Psych Units at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals.

Over the years, Mike witnessed how the current medical system often mismanaged the care of his clients, family, and friends. This disillusionment with healthcare ignited his interest in becoming a nurse practitioner, allowing him to offer people a choice beyond the traditional sick-care system. Dedicated to guiding individuals toward optimal well-being, Mike combines his personal coach expertise with his preventive medicine experience. His approach integrates personalized coaching focusing on nutrition, detoxification, and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy to facilitate healthy lifestyle changes.

Based in Ohio, Mike provides the support necessary for individuals of any age to function at their peak. If you are seeking a transformative health journey, he offers the knowledge and mentorship needed to help you achieve your health aspirations.

Catherine Hernon MSW
Catherine Hernon has dedicated most of her life to helping others achieve both mental and physical health. She works with a diverse range of individuals, from top athletes to those seeking to overcome chronic health issues or lose weight. Catherine views guiding others toward their goals as a calling and feels a deep sense of accomplishment when her clients succeed.

Catherine believes that success in any endeavor begins in the mind. In 2011, she earned her master's degree in clinical social work from Cleveland State University. This degree enhanced her ability to guide, educate, and equip her clients with tools to overcome obstacles on their path to success.

Over the years, Catherine has developed a profound empathy for those who have given up out of frustration and are neglecting their health. What sets Catherine apart as a coach is her genuine concern for her clients' physical and, most importantly, psychological well-being. She believes that the coach-client relationship should be a partnership. Catherine states, "I can provide the most effective tools for my clients, but they must be the ones to do the work. I cannot do it for them."

Catherine explains that while individuals may face similar issues such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hormone imbalance, or fatigue, their programs for resolution must be tailored to each person for long-term success. She notes that cookie-cutter weight loss and wellness programs, which are very common, have a failure rate of over 90%.

Catherine's programs include scheduled biweekly coaching calls, allowing her to address any questions and obstacles clients may encounter. Additionally, her clients enjoy preferred texting and email privileges. Catherine believes it is essential for clients to know she is there to support them when needed. By the end of the program, clients gain the confidence, freedom, and independence needed to adopt a healthier lifestyle that suits their individual needs.
